Does anyone know a unique sounding Gaelic name for a girl?

I have a son with a unique sounding Gaelic name, everyone in my family has one. I have searched multiple baby name directories online, but so far the only one I like (Fallyn), my husband hates. Does anyone have any ideas that don't sound too unoriginal or archaic?

Reply:Most of the names above are spelt wrongly. They are not written in the proper Gaelic way or they are missing accents plus alot of them are BOYS' names!!

Don't trust many baby name's sites because they need up giving out wrong information about name meanings and spelling. You are better to ask a speaker of the language in question.

Some nice Gaelic girls' names:

Irish Gaelic: Saidhbh (~wealth), Ailbhe (~fair one), Áine (~brillance), Róisín (little rose), Niamh (~bright one), Aoife (~radiant), Sorcha (~ bright), Síofra (changeling), Réíltín (little star), Méabh (intoxicating), Aisling (dream), Bláithín (little flower)

Scottish Gaelic: Ealasaid (Elizabeth), Màiri (Mary), Sìne (Jane), Mòrag (Marion), Beathag (~life)

I have always like Bride, Cailin, Catriona
Reply:Rowan which means little red-haired one. Sheridan which means little wild one. Sine which means God's gracious gift.

Onora which means honor. Neala which means champion.

Those are some of my favorites anyway. Good idea going with Gaelic!
Reply:my cousin just had a baby boy and named it Callum which is very gaelic and the female version is Kallum with a K, but a few others for a girl would be Ciorstan, Ghelenna, Kieriam and Mairghread. if you don't like those try: http://www.babynology.com/gaelic_babynam...
